Rawad Samarani

Dr. Rawad Samarani graduated as Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1998, and in 2002 he had his Masters in Periodontology from the Saint-Joseph University in Beirut.

In 2013, he obtained from the same university a Master of Research. Since 2002, he has been a member of the Periodontology Department of the Saint-Joseph University where he is currently a senior lecturer and a clinical instructor.

In 2019 he was appointed director of the “Advanced Implant Surgery Diploma”. He published and co-published 17 papers in international peer-reviewed journals.

In 2019, he authored a textbook chapter, titled “Revisiting Guided Bone Regeneration in the Esthetic Zone”, published by Wiley-Blackwell.

He is also running his private clinic and training institute where he is giving courses on ridge augmentation, extraction socket management and fullarch implant rehabilitation.
